Yes, during opening hours you can Carabao Member can use the premises for their individual training.
For Muay Thai training you need bandages, gloves, shin guards, groin guards and mouth guards.
For classic boxing you need boxing shoes, bandages and gloves as well as a mouth guard.
We have three showers in the men's locker room and two showers in the women's locker room.
The contract term is at least 6 months.

During the Easter holidays, kids' training sessions will be cancelled on Mondays and Wednesdays.
You can come to Adults and Kids on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Everything else is proceeding as planned.
